Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)Â We ship throughout the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Perishable & Food Products Our freeze-dried candy treats are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. However, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain optimal freshness and crunch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at candycreationsutah@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work quickly to make it right!
